Who doesn't enjoy a freshly toasted bagel with cream cheese and homemade jam. Well, I’ve found a simple way you can make your own.

I was fortunate to have some time off over the holidays, so I decided to try making my own butter and my own cream cheese. I found the recipes on a new blog I discovered.

The blog is called Gemma’s Bigger Bolder Baking. Of Irish descent, Gemma is an established professional chef in the United States, and like me, she cooks from scratch as much as possible.
