Remembering the bombs that fell on Brighton, England

As I am an old lady now and as Remembrance Day has just passed, I think more often at this time of that awful day during World War Two. Maybe writing some of it down will put it in perspective.

It was a Monday morning. I came out of a deep sleep because of a very low-flying plane. It was around 7 a.m., a little too early for my alarm to go off to get me up to go to work.
