Grand marshal and general manager of the Fairmont Château Frontenac Ken Hall, president of the Défilé de la Saint-Patrick de Québec Terence Kerwin, general director of the SDC Quartier Montcalm Jean-Pierre Bédard, Deputy Mayor Michelle Morin-Doyle and Mayor Régis Labeaume gathered at City Hall for the launch of the parade program.

From March 21 to 24, it will be all about the Irish and the 10th Défilé de la Saint-Patrick de Québec. At the heart of the festivities for this special edition will be four pipe bands from the United States, the Irish wolfhound mascot O’Laf, a lecture on prehistoric and pre-Christian Ireland, a tour of the Old City and Celtic music and dance.
