Quebecers march for school shooting survivors

Members of the American Colony of Quebec participate in March for Our Lives to pay tribute to the 17 high school students and staff killed in the Feb. 19 shooting at a high school in Parkland, Florida, and called for stricter gun laws in the United States.

While the St. Patrick’s Day Parade was in full swing in Upper Town on March 24, Teri Phillips and several dozen members of the American Colony of Quebec were marching for an entirely different reason. March for Our Lives: Quebec City paid tribute to the 17 high school students and staff killed in the Feb.
