Staff at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion are feeling upbeat during a lunchtime dance class, led by Audrey Lanteigne, during Mental Health Week.

The first week of May is designated National Mental Health Week. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), mental illness affects people of all ages, cultures, education and income levels. In Canada alone, 20 per cent of the population will personally experience mental illness in their lifetime and approximately eight per cent of adults will experience major depression.
