The Voltigeurs de Québec Armoury rises from the ashes: Heritage meets modernism

A little more than 10 years after a fire best described as an inferno left it a huge burnt-out stone shell, the rebuilt Voltigeurs de Québec Armoury on Grande Allée officially opened last week in its new mission as a multipurpose building.
