Relief pitcher Andrew Case is expected to be the closer for the Québec Capitales in 2021.

The Québec Capitales of the Frontier Baseball League recently announced the signing of Canadian relief pitcher Andrew Case for the 2021 season. The Saint John, N.B. native, who was initially signed for the 2020 season, has let the Caps know that he plans to return this year.
