Ruben Castro comes to the Capitales after playing six seasons in the Houston Astros minor league system.

The Québec Capitales of the Frontier Baseball League (FBL) started their Christmas shopping early this offseason, despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of their main recruits is catcher Ruben Castro, 24, from Puerto Rico.
