Wearing a Québec Capitales baseball shirt, Flo Rida says, “Let’s party!” as he sprays the audience with champagne. “What a show!” says QCT photographer Jay Ouellet. “For me, the best I’ve seen in many years. Flo Rida had the crowd hopping for 90 minutes, from start to finish, and then generously took time for selfies with fans as he exited through the crowd as opposed to walking off backstage.” Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillard, is an American hip-hop recording artist from Carol City, Florida. His 2008 breakout single "Low" was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release.
