It’s lobster season in the Gaspé!

Tasty morsels of Gaspé lobster were prepared by Château Frontenac chefs Frédéric Cyr and Stéphane Modat in the Salon Rose.

Lobster season is now underway in the Gaspé region. Lobster harvesting has been driving the economies of communities along the south shore of the Gaspé Peninsula since 1875.
