Lots of rhythm, lots of fun at the Winter Carnival Parade

This friendly giant lynx approached the crowd and children reached out to touch its paws!

Cold temperatures, crowds, floats and horns … symbols of the Carnaval we all know and love. By midday on Feb. 8, traffic was being diverted from Grande Allée. Floats, costumes and props were lined up along the fence of the Plains of Abraham, creating an anticipatory magical buzz in the air.
