Île-aux-Grues (French for “island of cranes”), in the St. Lawrence River near Montmagny, measures about seven kilometres long and two kilometres wide. This photo was taken from the ferry landing at the mouth of the Rivière à Lacaille, where it empties into the St. Lawrence in Montmagny.
