Berthe (puppeteered by Annie Veillette) gestures to her friend Hortense (puppeteered by Karine Chiasson). The puppets were hired by the Ville de Québec on Dec 4 to inaugurate the Plein les yeux et les oreilles installations and talk to visitors.
