Diamants win their second straight LBJEQ title over Longueuil
The Québec Diamants won their second straight title in the Ligue de Baseball Junior Élite du Québec (LBJEQ) with a 6-5 victory over the Longueuil Ducs. The big win in the final days of September ended what was considered an odd season.
The Diamants won the best-of-five series, three games to one.

Québec Remparts begin their 2020-2021 training camp
The Québec Remparts of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) started their 2020-2021 training camp on Aug. 31 at the Videotron Centre.
In accordance with the guidelines of the provincial health authorities, the league has allowed all the teams to have a maximum of 34 players at their training camps.
