Protesters sound the alarm for the public sector

Public sector workers waved union signs in front of the National Assembly as they demanded better salaries and working conditions at a March 31 protest.

On March 31, as the Quebec government was preparing a 5 p.m. announcement to turn Quebec City and other regions including Lévis and Gatineau from orange zones to red, public sector workers were protesting in front of the National Assembly and in front of Premier François Legault’s office.
