Luc Grandmont steps out of Pub Dunn, formerly Pub Thomas Dunn, which he purchased last year from the bar’s original owner, Léon Gagnon. Established in 1988, the bar was Quebec City’s first Irish pub and quickly earned a reputation as one of the best watering holes in town with its wide selection of imported beers and fine single malt scotches. Grandmont hasn’t changed much, adding some contemporary to the traditional and some Gallic to the Gaelic. Pub Dunn is located at 369 Rue St-Paul, across from the Gare du Palais.
