Quebec City prepares for the 67th Winter Carnival

Isabelle Grasse creates an icy bull outside of Faite à l’Os restaurant on Grande Allée. Her sculpture is one of hundreds found along the 12 ice and snow routes of the 67th Winter Carnival.

This year, due to the pandemic, Bonhomme Carnaval and his team of busy “snowflake” workers decided to divide his usual large Ice Palace into smaller ice towers, located in six districts of Quebec City.
