Rue Saint-Joseph was “people only” for several blocks during the St-Roch XP festival on Sept. 14 and 15. The temperature was a beautiful 26C, fantastic for a mid-September evening. Food, drinks and music were on the menu.

The David Bowie song “Dancing in the Street” certainly applied to Rue Saint-Joseph on Friday evening. The Quebec City group Millimetrik played tracks from their new album, coming out in October.
