Dom Paul Bellot (1876-1944) was a Benedictine monk and architect.

This street is named in honour of Paul-Louis-Denis Bellot (1876-1944), a Benedictine monk and architect. He was born in Paris and died in Quebec City. “‘Dom” is an honorary title reserved for royalty, select nobles, and high ranking members of the clergy.
