OBITUARY: Peter Vimy MARTIN & Vivian Helen Delany MARTIN

The family of Peter Vimy Martin and Vivian Helen Delany Martin wish to share news of their passing in May 2022.

They leave their daughters to celebrate the rich lives they had together: Susan (Tony Little) of Fredericton, N.B. and Pauline (Martin Finnerty) of Canmore, Alta.

OBITUARY: Helen DINAN (1926-2022)

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our aunt, Helen Dinan.

She passed away at Saint Brigid’s Home in Quebec City on March 29, 2022, at the age of 95 years and six months. She was the daughter of the late Katherine Askin and the late James Dinan.

She lived in Quebec City, Montreal and Mississauga.

She was predeceased by her sisters, the late Mary Dinan (Gaëtan Bédard) and the late Maureen Dinan (late François Buteau) and survived by her nephews and nieces James Buteau (Julie Slattery), Francis Buteau (Nancy Delorme), Katherine Buteau (Gilles Marchand), Gail Buteau (Guy Godin), Derek Buteau (Monique Roy), Anthony Bédard (Josée Damphousse) and Sandra Bédard as well as her cousin and best friend Florence McGarrety and her siblings.

Thank you, Aunty Len, for always being there for us. We love you and will love you always.

The funeral will be held on Friday, May 27 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Church (1145 Ave. de Salaberry, Quebec City). The family will receive condolences at 12:30 p.m. at the church.

Interment of the ashes will take place the same day at 2:45 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
