Local clinical psychologist Dr. Meagan Daley asked the participants in her Mindfulness in the Midst of a Pandemic seminar, “How have you been feeling over the past 13 months?” While a few were feeling grateful, many more were feeling negative emotions related to the stress of life during COVID-19. Participants mentioned feeling angry, tired, sad, frustrated, guilty, unsure and alone.
